Hope you had a wonderful New Year and that things are going well so far!!
Unfortunately it hasn't been the greatest start here. The gig I was supposed to play on the 3rd was cancelled but they didn't actually tell me until I turned up and then refused to cover my expenses - one venue I won't be visiting again! Even worse was the fact that two guys had very kindly taken two trains from Reading to London to see the show, felt awful for them.
Also, this is one of the worst months for gigs since I got back into music full time, feeling the bite.
However, ever the optimist I'm making the most of the lack of gigs this month to work on some new tracks. In the pipeline is the Waited e.p. part 2, an album of old dance tracks that are getting reworked, plus I still have the ambition of turning out a full Mandarin language album this year, will have to see how that goes...
Plus of course we have the first release coming out on January 26th, I'm keeping an eye on itunes and all the other download stores daily!
I know I've spent more time tweeting rather than blogging lately but I'll try to be good and write more often!
