Being a solo artist is fun but it can be lonely, even when you’re hiring session musicians to work with. Sometimes I watch my favourite bands and wish that I was in a band like it, where everyone is involved in the songwriting process and artistic development.
Well, the dream has become a reality!
The YCB Band have asked if I’d like to play keys and contribute to vocals and the response was an almighty YES PLEASE!
YCB are all about Brit Funk and I’ll finally get to play some challenging chops. Really looking forward to our first gig later in the year and will post up some behind the scenes from our rehearsals in the coming weeks 🙂 x
